Therapy is a way to help people develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, notice and change old patterns that keep them feeling stuck, or find better ways to process and cope with painful situations past and present. The process is healing and helps people gain more awareness and insight into themselves and their challenges and develop a greater and more secure sense of self and self-compassion. We are hurt in relationship, but we also heal in relationship.
